Julie, Cecern and Tagi

Well, for more balance, and because I still have some more art for "Eternal Purity" to be uploaded, I will show some of the things I still have left over.
I very seldomly draw Tagi Kito, but he is a character I actually like very much. So is also Cecern... but the clothing I gave him looks a bit weird, so it could be done a bit better. But, it will always be better when he has clothes than nothing at all. XD
I had no idea for a right background here, so I just chose some purple colours. I hope it is alright.
So, here we see the more mysterious characters all together who claim to be agents, but what is their real background of them?
